At LuminoDx we use immunoprecipitation to isolate antigen positive exosomes from plasma or culture media. This ensures high purity to facilitate sensitive downstream analysis.
To characterize exosomes LuminoDx uses its own proprietary platform miRapid, to analyze micro-RNAs originating from the exosomes. We also use ELISA’s against specific antigens to characterize the exosomes.
LuminoDx can also utilize PCR for additional RNA analysis, as well as next-generation sequencing. We also analyze the protein content of exosomes with Olink’s proteomic platform to examine the protein content of exosomes.
